Governance through subDAOs

There are two subDAOs that govern the Rio Network.

The Risk Management subDAO controls:

• AVS selection

• Operator selection

• Collateral type selection

The Growth subDAO manages:

• Treasury deposits and withdrawals

• Liquidity

• Network growth

In addition to these two subDAOs, the Security Council is considered to be a separate entity that is used both in emergency cases and for some protocol configurations.
